Brownies baked by Penny may not be suitable for people who may have food allergies, as they contain eggs, milk, soya, gluten and dairy products.

The basic brownies do contain gluten as well as extra flavours contain may also gluten.

Each brownie starts with the basic recipe or a gluten free brownie base, depending on what you chose.

Once out of the oven and all cooled, your brownies are wrapped in baking parchment and a (lovely shade of purple) sheet of tissue paper.

Next your brownies are lovingly popped in a recyclable letter-box friendly box. You get a little menu card to indicate what brownies you have in your box (in case you forgot) and a little handwritten message for the recipient as well as an occasional sticker to complete the box.

Finally, I wrap the whole box up in kraft paper, write the address on and walked to the local post office and sent out to you on your chosen day of despatch.

It is best to keep your brownies in an airtight container for up to a week. Each box you receive will have a best before date.

I was hoping you’d ask. I have been baking for many years and I have had people who have been in my life who have influenced and supported me throughout. These are the people who never lost faith in me or my dream, so what better way to say thank you then to immortalise them in a yummy brownie.

Penny sure does! If you see (GF Option) in the title of the product, you can chose the gluten free option instead of the normal brownie base.

At the moment no. But not to worry, I’m working on it!

Everyday I try to experiment with new ingredients and flavours. It certainly something I’m really looking into and want to work with in the future.

At the moment I’m only doing brownies and blondies, but am extending the menu all the time. This is due to higher demand of brownies and blondies to other bars at the moment and I’m working on new flavours all the time.

At the current time, we only accept orders for delivery within the UK.

A dispatch date is the date that the treat will be posted NOT the date it will be received. Penny needs 2 full working days before posting out a tasty treat.

Sadly, some flavours don’t sell well or they don’t have a place on the website anymore. But they may come back as a flavour of the month. You can get the latest update on flavours of the month by signing up to the newsletter or on social media pages

Terms & Conditions

We use PayPal and Visa as both are reliable and easy ways to take and receive payment. However, bank transfer is also accepted. Drop me an email and we can arrange it.

I ship Monday through Friday and only charge 1st Class Royal Mail for postage and packing.

I use Royal Mail 1st Class to send your brownies (you deserve it) and should arrive 1 or 2 days after the despatch date. Since they are standard letterbox size, they shouldn’t require a signature.

During holidays and special days (Christmas, Mothers Day etc) it may take an extra time. We can’t guarantee the delivery date as it depends on Royal Mail. It’s best to keep this in mind when choosing your dispatch date.

If you need to cancel your order get in touch right away. Sadly, if baking has begun and/or costs have occurred then I can’t give refunds.

I take my clients and customer service like my baking (which is happy and seriously). In the rare event that you are unhappy with your brownies, let me know immediately and we can arrange a refund.
