The Sofia: Salted Caramel (GF Option)

Its a trend setter- Its Salted Caramel!

These bars have got homemade salted caramel swirled throughout and baked into the bars.

Named for my best friend Sofia. We have been friends over 20 years and the friendship has only grown stronger. Sofia has given me some of my most favourite, joyful, memorable, fun and special moments in my life. If you know her, you are so lucky too! She has a nurturing and beautiful soul who is always there when you need her. Sofia has also given me the push to start PBT from the start and her determination and belief is reflected in everything she does. I can’t actually put into words how much she means to me and how much she has impacted my life. (FYI I did cry a little when writing this) Sofia, thank you times a million for your love and friendship.

In each box, you get 6 yummy squares of brownie (or bar), wrapped up in baking paper and tissue paper. In each box, you also get a hand written note with a special message of your choosing.

All bakes are always sent out 1st class with Royal Mail as soon as the brownie is cool and ready to cut.
